Kismet Cowork

For KISMET COWORK, I raised $2.5M to design, build with my own general contracting firm and then operate 3 unique locations totaling more than 30,000 square feet.

The first in Chestnut Hill in 2017, the second in the Spring Arts neighborhood at 448 N. 10th Street in 2018, and the third at 4230 Main Street in Manayunk at more than 18,000 square feet itself in a fully re-visioned Pottery Barn Building in 2019.
