I represented The Philadelphia Circus School in the purchase of a church property in the West Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia.
At more than 40,000 square feet and almost two acres of land, this new opportunity allowed The Circus School to flourish and grow while also providing an incredible adaptive re-use that brought new vitality to an amazing community.
