I helped structure the deal with a local investor that invested more than $3M that allowed for TPWS to build a new campus on a newly purchased church property on Wayne Avenue in Germantown.
At 46,000 sq ft and 3 acres directly adjacent to additional public land, this created a unique opportunity for the school to grow into brand new facilities and grow rapidly into a thriving new community.
